MONOROMA: ONE is our hybrid production process. We shoot actors for real on a neutral grey stage under controlled light, then generate the world around them — locations, crowds, weather, scale no budget could build.
The environment is composed live on set, so the director sees the finished frame while the crew is still on the floor. Performance and built world are matched frame for frame; grade, light and atmosphere are finished to the world, not the stage. Everything is mastered in-house and handed over.
It runs on a skeleton crew from the traditional film world — and we've built the systems around them. Our DPs have been trained and R&D'd into working shoulder to shoulder with Technical Directors, designing and executing custom AI workflows for each production. Same craft, same set language; a new pipeline underneath it.

Mis-Teeq are reuniting after 22 years for One Night Stand with Mis-Teeq, a 25th-anniversary show at Wembley Arena on 12 September 2026. Mis-Teeq and Insanity came to MONOROMA to launch it.
We took the iconic artwork of Lickin' On Both Sides and rebuilt it in present-day London. A hybrid production: 90% generative, with a live green-screen shoot of the group in London for the closing beats where they lift their helmets.
